Our Story
Signstar is a sign fabrication, vehicle graphics, and wrapping manufacturer specialising in business branding. Based in North Finchley, we have been in operation since 2008 — founded by Mitchell Disbrey, who started out as a fitter and learned the trade from the ground up.
Mitchell’s aim was to build a company that delivered exceptional signage and led the way through innovation and best practice. That ethos hasn’t changed.

Behind the Screen
Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since 1966, when designers at Letraset and James Mosley, the librarian at St Bride Printing Library in London, took a 1914 Cicero translation and scrambled it to make dummy text for Letraset’s Body Type sheets.

Signstar installed a very impressive text sign for Builder Depot New Southgate on the buildings shell, 20m high. The initial stages of the design were thoroughly discussed and we were supplied high quality digital mock ups. Installation was completed without a hitch, very quickly and just in time for Christmas. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Great communication, great attitude and a really fantastic sign which perfectly fit the brief.

Their customer service is second to none, they take the time to go through my exact requirements and answer any questions I’ve had. I am also using them to wrap my company vehicle too. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We ordered practically last thing on a Friday for a show on Sunday and the staff went above and beyond to ensure the print was ready in time. The poster looks fantastic, highly recommended for a very professional, fast and friendly service.
